Community
Pet Crossing is privileged to work with a number of community organizations. These include:
Partnership Resources, Inc.
Several of our staff members are developmentally disabled adults who assist us with cleaning, laundry and other important tasks that keep Pet Crossing running. PRI clients also provide some of the wonderful art that is displayed in our lobby. Prints of the pictures are available for sale to help them in funding their programs.
Cornerstone Domestic Abuse
For the past several years, Pet Crossing has provided no cost boarding and medical care for the pets of the victims of domestic abuse. Many victims of domestic abuse will not leave abusive situations if that means leaving their beloved pets behind. We give the pets a place to stay while their people are getting their lives back on track.
Animal Ark No-Kill Shelter
A happy place for homeless companion animals, we have also made it a pleasant place for people to come when looking for a new pet.
Minnesota Valley Humane Society
We partner with MVHS to provide no cost educational programs for their staff and pet adopters. We also provide no cost dental care to some of the humane society animals up for adoption.
